List, Kanban, and Calendar Work-Order Views
Choose the right work-order board view for accuracy, status movement, or due-date planning, and understand why cards may seem missing.

Choose the right view
The Work Orders page offers three board modes for different planning needs. Use List when accuracy matters more than visuals: filter by facility, priority, status, assignee, or saved view, search by title or asset, compare records, and open detail pages for editing.
Use Kanban for daily execution. Work is grouped by status so you can drag cards between allowed statuses, spot work stuck too long, rebalance assignments, and run shift handoffs. If a drag is rejected, open the work order and check for required fields, completion notes, or a different transition.
Use Calendar for due dates. Drag a work order to reschedule, open a day to create work, review overdue work, and spread PMs across maintenance windows without overloading one day.
Scoped boards and daily rhythm
A board narrowed by filters, saved views, facility scope, priority, or date range shows only matching records. If a work order seems missing, check the selected facility, hidden completed work, the date range, an active saved view, or board truncation.
A simple rhythm: start in Kanban, plan capacity in Calendar, and use List for precision.
