Maintenance Request Portal
A public, no-login request form lets occupants and site staff report issues by link or QR code for your team to triage.
Updated June 5, 2026
What requesters see
The portal opens at a URL like app.rivolq.com/request/<code> with no sign-in. It shows your organization name and asks for requester name, optional work email, optional phone, building or facility, location detail, a short summary, longer details, and urgency: low, medium, high, or emergency. A single-facility portal selects the building automatically; otherwise the requester chooses.
Validation and submission
The form validates required fields, and names, summaries, location notes, phone numbers, and descriptions have length limits to prevent flooding. Optional email must look like a valid work email. If Turnstile is enabled, the requester completes verification first. After submitting, they see a confirmation screen with a reference number useful for follow-up. Your team then decides whether the request becomes a work order, merges with an existing issue, or is rejected.
Publishing and triage
Use one link per audience or location: a building-wide QR code, an intranet link, per-floor codes for high volume, or move-in packets for tenants. Treat submissions as requests, not diagnosis, adding the right asset, facility, priority, assignee, and safety context before dispatch.
