Run Your Day in Rivolq
A practical daily operating rhythm for supervisors, engineers, and technicians using the app.

A simple daily operating rhythm
Most teams get the best results when they use the same daily rhythm in the app.
Start of day
Review:
- new requests
- overdue work
- PMs due this week
- blocked or aging work orders
- any alerts that need escalation
During the day
Use the app as the active system of record:
- create work as issues are found
- update status when work moves
- log findings when the technician learns something important
- attach photos or notes while the context is fresh
End of day
Before the day closes, review:
- what was completed
- what is still blocked
- what should roll to tomorrow
- whether any repeated failure pattern is starting to emerge
Weekly supervisor rhythm
At least once a week, review:
- backlog by priority
- overdue PMs
- recurring failures by asset
- vendors involved in critical work
- downtime or disruption trends
Why this matters
Rivolq becomes more valuable when your team updates it during the work, not after the work. That keeps reporting, planning, and accountability much cleaner.
