Your Dashboard as a Technician

Read your dashboard for a minute at login to plan your shift around open work, scheduled PMs, alerts, and quick scanning.

The four sections that matter

Your dashboard is your shift plan. My open work lists work orders assigned to you, sorted by priority and due date. Today's schedule shows PMs scheduled for today in your coverage area, pre-assigned automatically. Recent alerts surfaces equipment alarms or sensor faults on nearby assets. Quick scan opens your camera to scan an asset QR code and pull up its history, log work, or open a new work order.

How to plan your day

  1. 01Open the dashboard and read My open work top to bottom.
  2. 02Check Today's schedule for PMs.
  3. 03Glance at Recent alerts for anything new since yesterday.
  4. 04Plan a route hitting highest-priority work first and batching PMs by zone.

If your queue is overwhelming, talk to your supervisor early; re-prioritization is a quick conversation.

Tips and stuck work

Filter by facility in the top right corner to scope everything to today's site. Mark a work order In progress when you start so teammates know you have it. Use the assistant for handoff by tapping the sparkle icon. If a work order sits On hold for more than a day, it is stuck, usually waiting on parts, access, or a decision. Comment with what you need, mention who can unblock it, and move on.
