Chat Connectors and Integration Events
Connectors send Rivolq operational events to Slack, Teams, or Discord channels so teams get work order and incident notifications.

Where connectors live
Open Connectors from the customer workspace. The page is available to admins with API access. Each connector has a name, destination kind, incoming webhook URL, selected events, enabled state, and last-delivery details.
Supported destinations
Connector types are Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord. Create the incoming webhook in the destination tool first, then paste that URL into Rivolq with a clear name such as #maintenance-alerts.
Events
You can subscribe to work_order.created, work_order.completed, incident.opened, incident.resolved, maintenance_request.submitted, and asset.failure. Select only what the channel needs to avoid noise.
Creating a connector
- 01Open Connectors.
- 02Choose Slack, Teams, or Discord.
- 03Enter a descriptive name.
- 04Paste the incoming webhook URL.
- 05Select one or more event types.
- 06Save the connector.
- 07Use the test action to confirm delivery.
Treat webhook URLs like secrets. Rivolq remains the system of record; chat messages are notifications.
