Where AI appears

Rivolq uses AI in the assistant chat (sparkle icon, Command K), predictive work orders, dashboard recommendations, document understanding, resolution-note cleanup, and capital planning chat.

Included versus metered

Predictions and recommendations are always on and included in all paid plans. Assistant chat is included up to a monthly token cap, with add-on credit packs for heavy users. Document parsing is included for the first 100 documents per month, metered after. Note cleanup is effectively free.

Monitoring and budgets

Settings, AI usage shows this month's tokens versus cap, top users, top features, and cost trend. Under Settings, AI, Budgets you can set an org-wide cap, optional per-user caps, and choose a hard stop or soft warn. Enterprise adds per-feature and per-facility caps plus bring-your-own-key.

Bring your own key and privacy

Enterprise customers can plug in an Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI key under Settings, AI provider; usage hits your bill directly with zero Rivolq margin, but you handle key management. Default Rivolq AI processes data for inference only and does not use it for training. Full details are at /trust under AI and data. Set a budget on day one and review monthly.
