Understand Plans, Features, and Billing

Rivolq is one platform with progressive depth by plan. As your plan changes, the app can expose more users, facilities, assets, analytics, intelligence workflows, and advanced admin controls.

Why some pages appear and others do not

Page visibility depends on your role, your plan, your feature entitlements, and whether the organization has completed setup for that area. If a feature is missing, first check whether the plan includes it and whether your role can access it.

Where billing lives

Billing belongs under Settings and billing administration, separate from the main operations workspace. This keeps execution work, organization administration, and commercial settings from mixing.

Before changing plans

Review how many users are active, how many facilities and assets you plan to manage, which intelligence surfaces your team uses, and whether leadership needs reporting or scenario features.

Plan-limit behavior

Some workflows show plan-limit exclusions instead of failing silently. Imports may accept a file but exclude rows beyond a limit, and controls may hide pages or show upgrade language. Treat these as plan signals. Limit billing access to admins or operations leaders, and contact support if billing data looks incorrect or plan limits block a critical rollout.
