Where to find it
Open Settings then Audit log. It defaults to the last 24 hours; expand the range and filter by user, action type, or affected resource.
What gets logged
Rivolq records authentication, user management, data changes, security configuration, billing, bulk operations, and API access. Every entry includes a UTC timestamp, actor, action, resource and IDs, IP address and user agent, outcome, and a before-to-after diff for data changes.
Searching
The search box accepts a user name or email, an action category such as login or asset_edit, a resource ID like WO-4421, or free text against the diff.
Retention and alerts
Logs are retained 90 days on Standard plans, 1 year on Business, and 7 years on Enterprise (configurable, with export to S3 or GCS). Configure real-time alerts under Settings then Audit log then Alerts for role changes to admin, credential changes, excess failed logins, or large data exports. The log supports SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal investigations.
