Plans and seats

Rivolq offers three tiers: Starter (single facility, basic features), Business (multi-facility, full feature set, intelligence tier), and Enterprise (custom retention, SCIM, required SSO, dedicated support). Each plan has a base price plus seat-based pricing; annual billing is 20% cheaper. A seat is an active Admin, Engineer, or Viewer account; service accounts and deactivated users don't count. Upgrades and added seats are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next cycle with no mid-cycle refund.

What's included and add-ons

All paid plans include unlimited assets, work orders, PMs, parts, integrations, and mobile apps. Metered add-ons include AI assistant credits, storage over your limit (5 GB Starter, 50 GB Business, 500 GB Enterprise), SMS notifications, digital twin (Enterprise), and field-level encryption (Enterprise).

Managing billing

View invoices under Settings, Billing, Invoices, with a Usage details drill-down per line. Change plans under Settings, Billing, Change plan. Payment methods include cards, ACH, and wire (Enterprise). A failing card warns the billing contact 7 days before expiry; after 14 days of failed billing, services go read-only for 14 more days, then suspend. Referral codes under Settings, Billing, Referrals give both parties 30 days of credit.
