Scheduled Exports
Scheduled exports send Rivolq data out on a repeatable hourly or daily cadence to email, webhook, S3, or SFTP destinations.

Where to find it
Open Scheduled exports from the workspace navigation. You need admin access and the API access feature. The list shows each export name, resource type, schedule, destination, file format, enabled state, and last run date.
Resource types and destinations
Resource types are asset, workorder, user, and maintenance_request. Destinations are email, webhook, S3, and SFTP, each using a JSON destination configuration validated as a JSON object.
Schedules and formats
Schedules are hourly or daily; daily exports run at midnight UTC. Formats are CSV, JSON, and XLSX. CSV is the safest default for spreadsheets and warehouse loaders.
Creating an export
- 01Open Scheduled exports.
- 02Click New.
- 03Name it clearly, for example Daily work orders to BI.
- 04Pick the resource type.
- 05Select hourly or daily cadence.
- 06Choose destination and file format.
- 07Enter the destination config JSON.
- 08Create the export.
Use Run now to verify destination access. Deleting an export stops future runs.
