AI Provider BYOK
BYOK routes Rivolq AI traffic through your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI account for control over contracts and billing.

What BYOK affects
Bring Your Own Key routes assistant, semantic search, and tool-use calls through your configured provider. It does not replace the data model, risk engine, work-order system, or import pipeline. It is the model-routing layer for AI features that call an external LLM.
Supported providers
The settings page supports Anthropic, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI. For each, enter an API key, and optionally a model name and base URL. Base URL is especially useful for Azure OpenAI or a controlled proxy.
How to configure
- 01Open AI provider.
- 02Select the provider.
- 03Paste the API key.
- 04Optionally enter a model name.
- 05Optionally enter a base URL.
- 06Save the configuration.
- 07Use Test to confirm the provider responds.
The saved configuration shows the provider, a masked key, and the model name. Deleting the configuration switches AI traffic back to Rivolq's platform key. Use an organization-owned key, not a personal one, and rotate keys regularly.
