Reading Your Dashboard
Learn the dashboard's four zones, how to read trend and benchmark lines, and how to scope and customize it for a fast daily scan.

The four zones
The dashboard answers what needs your attention right now in under fifteen seconds.
- Top, today's situation: open work orders, overdue PMs, active alerts, and assets down. Counts are clickable and drill into filtered lists.
- Middle, trends: work-order throughput, mean-time-to-repair, and downtime hours over 30 days. The solid line is your team; the dotted line is your benchmark.
- Bottom-left, priorities: AI-generated recommendations that cite the data behind them.
- Bottom-right, activity: recent work orders, comments, and asset changes.
Reading trend lines and scope
The dotted benchmark line is a reference, not a target. The shaded band is the 25th to 75th percentile range; inside is normal, outside is worth investigating. Use the facility selector in the top-right to scope the whole dashboard; your selection persists across sessions.
Customizing
Right-click any panel for Hide or Move; hidden panels do not load data, so a streamlined dashboard is faster. Reset to defaults from the menu in the top right, where you can also switch between Operations, Executive, and Technician variants.
Tips
Make the dashboard your morning ritual. Ask the assistant what's changed since yesterday, or subscribe to a daily snapshot under Settings, Notifications, Digest.
