Planning Chat and Command Center
Use Command Center for a structured portfolio risk view and Planning Chat to explore questions, tradeoffs, and what-if scenarios in plain language.
Updated June 5, 2026
Rivolq offers two intelligence surfaces that work together. Command Center is the portfolio cockpit; Planning Chat is the conversational workspace for questions and what-if exploration.
Command Center
Open Command Center for a structured view of risk and decision pressure. It summarizes portfolio risk, asset health distribution, critical assets, annual exposure, recommended capital, data confidence, open incidents, top-risk assets, facility priority, and active notifications. Many cards open for deeper detail, so you can move from a number into the assets driving it. Use it for morning prioritization, capital discussions, maintenance planning, and leadership updates.
Planning Chat
Open Planning Chat to ask questions in plain language. It can use context such as portfolio data, work orders, predictive drafts, vendor SLAs, and capital forecast, scoped to all facilities or one. Try prompts like Show highest-risk assets this quarter or What if we defer this another quarter? Sessions are stored, so write clear first prompts. You can copy a response or a full transcript.
Operating pattern
- 01Start in Command Center to see what needs attention.
- 02Open high-risk assets or facilities for detail.
- 03Use Planning Chat for what-if questions.
- 04Convert agreed actions into work orders, PM changes, or capital scenarios.
Move durable funding decisions into the capital planner so the plan and audit trail are preserved. Answer quality depends on complete asset data.
