Paths by role

Technicians and operators: technician dashboard, create your first work order, completing work orders, scanning assets, finding asset information, preventive maintenance basics.

Supervisors: reading your dashboard, work orders and preventive maintenance, list/kanban/calendar views, building a PM program, alerts and inbox, understanding analytics.

Admins: add your first facility, complete your profile, invite your team, admin settings overview, import assets and facility data, roles/billing/support.

Onboarding and data teams: import assets, bulk import review and commit, import and scan step by step, add/update/retire asset records, scanning assets, asset meters and condition PMs.

Leadership: reading your dashboard, understanding analytics, how the predictive engine works, scenarios and capital planning, capital planning, executive reports.

Rollout and adoption

A practical sequence is admins first, then supervisors, then technicians, then leaders. Train with a real facility, real assets, and sample work orders rather than an empty workspace. Signs training worked: users update statuses, close work with useful notes, scan assets, complete PMs on time, and can explain dashboard counts. Revisit paths after major UX changes, new releases, or recurring confusion.
