Using the AI Assistant

What it is good at

Open the assistant from the sparkle icon or with Command K or Ctrl K. It reads your assets, work orders, PMs, and KB, and understands the page you are on.

1. 01Answering questions about your operation, such as overdue PMs in the chiller plant, using page context.
2. 02Drafting and summarizing, like summarizing a work order for handoff or proposing a PM template from an uploaded manual.
3. 03Finding KB articles inline, cited and clickable, without leaving the page.

Citations and limits

Every factual claim about your data carries a clickable citation to the source; if it cannot cite a source it says so and gives general guidance instead of inventing history. It will not take destructive actions without explicit confirmation, will not access data outside your organization, and will not share your data for training.

Shortcuts and usage

Use Command K or Ctrl K to open, Esc to close, Up to recall your last message, and slash to focus global search. Be specific about time windows, and ask it to draft rather than decide. Usage is included up to the monthly limit under Settings, AI usage, where heavy reasoning consumes more credit.
